Bradley Mamroth
Bradley (Brad) Mamroth is an Illinois attorney with a multidisciplinary legal background spanning both litigation and transactional work, who now focuses his practice exclusively on family law. He is dedicated to guiding clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions and advocating for outcomes that protect their long-term interests and the well-being of their families.
Brad earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for his undergraduate studies. During law school and the early stages of his legal career, Brad gained significant courtroom and litigation experience through roles with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and as a litigation paralegal at a top nationally recognized law firm. In that role, he worked on complex multidistrict litigation matters in federal courts across the country, helping manage large-scale cases involving extensive discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Today, Brad focuses his legal practice solely on family law matters. He regularly assists clients with divorce proceedings, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting schedules, child support, spousal maintenance, property division, and drafting and negotiating marital settlement agreements. Brad approaches each case with a strategic mindset, recognizing the need for thoughtful, tailored solutions. Whether resolving disputes through negotiation or advocating for clients in court, he is committed to achieving practical and effective results.
Outside of his legal work, Brad enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping up with two particularly demanding dogs, and staying busy with home improvement projects. He is also an (amateur) musician who enjoys playing piano and guitar in his free time.
